70 g tortilla chips
70 g cheddar cheese
40 g corn, canned
1/3 red onion
1/3 red bell pepper
40 ml sour cream
1/3 avocado
4 leaves fresh coriander
Paso a paso
Spread the tortilla chips over a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Attach the Food Processor attachment with the shredding disc on the stand mixer. Turn the Speed Control Lever to 4 and grate the cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla chips. Add the corn. Bake for 5 minutes on 180°C (until the cheddar cheese melts).
In the meantime, change the shredding disc on the Food Processor attachment to the dicing kit.
Peel the onion and cut it in half. Remove seeds from the red bell pepper and quarter it. Set a speed to 10 and dice the onion. Decrease the speed to 6 and dice the red bell pepper.
Evenly distribute the vegetables over the tortilla chips. Serve with sour cream, avocado slices and fresh coriander.
Serve immediately.
